Inactive or New SSI Officers

If you have not worked with us before or have not worked for us in the past year, please download our Officer Contract or call our office so that we may mail, fax, or email the contract to you.

You will need to complete our Officer Contract which includes a Personal Information Sheet, the Guidelines and Contract, and an IRS W4 form. Please also provide a photocopy of your drivers license and social security card.

Once you have completed this packet, please email mail@seattlesecurity.com or fax (206) 763-8856 the information to us.
